Understanding the company's needs

About five years ago, Valia's managers realized that they needed to gain more agility in project management through IT. The objective was to achieve scale, implement more projects with higher quality.

That's when CSP Tech, specialized in developing technology projects for medium and large organizations, was invited to join the circuit.

Harvesting results

Valia is already reaping the benefits of the partnership with CSP Tech, which is still in full swing. Currently, the three major ERPs that we have already mentioned are being implemented with maximum quality when conducting projects. And this, the manager attests, has helped to offer more appropriate services and products to the foundation's various business fronts.
