Salesforce was selected as the platform to enable and sustain the commercialization operation of all Grupo Globo digital products. The operation has a high number of simultaneous users, which gave Grupo Globo a global case in the B2C sphere.


Offering the end customer a unique experience and, at the same time, offering Grupo Globo a maximized and fast data processing solution were the key points of the project. Knowing the customer journey and service across the various digital channels has also become strategic for sales, retention and after-sales.
